If you want success, then don’t follow the herd.
Why? Well, think about it.
If the herd would lead you to riches and success, then the herd *ITSELF* would be rich and successful, right?
But, here’s the truth: the herd isn’t.
Consumer debt has topped $14 trillion. Over a trillion of that is credit cards, one of the worst types of debt in existence. It’s high-interest. Addictive.
The herd won’t be leading us to riches or success. Almost ever. It WILL lead us into debt. Into keeping up with the Joneses. Into copious consumption.
We accomplish our goals and achieve success (whatever that looks like to us) by focusing on ourselves. Our goals. Our lives. Inward focus wins.
This isn’t about being selfish. It’s about being smart.
The herd will not help you achieve your goals. The only person who can do that is…you guessed it. You.
